2010 年 7 月 1 日启用，是一座高度现代化的中国铁路客运车站，为亚洲最大铁路枢纽之一。该站是沪杭高铁、沪宁高铁与京沪高铁的交汇点，东邻上海虹桥国际机场 T2 航站楼，是上海虹桥综合交通枢纽的重要组成部分。
